We believe that by establishing clear expectations with the Seller and Buyer up front, sets the stage for a successful transaction.
2. We also believe that as partners in the transaction with our seller and/or buyer, remaining close to the process is important so that we can keep our seller and buyer informed along the way. Again, clear communications that support the expectations established in the beginning is key here.

We also pride ourselves in being the type of company that provides the personal touch with our transactions, meaning, although we handle more transactions than most, we still provide what personal service clients want and expect. We are not scripted like some of our peers who subscribe to a theory that the real estate business is all about how many calls they make or prospects they touch. They have a script for everything. In fact they say the script so many times, they start to believe it themselves. Some people respond well to that and some people don’t. We prefer the human element and like to communicate with each client on a personal level. We aren’t numbers driven therefore scripts don’t work for us. The only numbers that matter to us is the highest sale price for our sellers and the best value or price for our buyers.
